Glenn Mitchell is a Perth sporting broadcast legend, with more than 20 years’ commentary experience from his time at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Glen was one of the network's most senior cricket and AFL commentators and has also called cycling, triathlon and other events at four Olympic Games.

He has called more than 1,000 Australian Football League and West Australian Football League matches. He has called National Basketball League and Women's National Basketball League basketball.

Glenn has previously held the position of Executive Producer, Sport for the ABC in Western Australia and was awarded the Australian Sports Medal in 2000.

Jon Lennon brings more than 10 years of commentating experience to the Hot Country Football team.  For 11 years Jon has been the PA announcer at the WACA for the Test Matches, including 3 Ashes series.

Jon was also the announcer at the first 20/20 cricket game ever played in Australia when the Warriors took on Shane Warne's Victorian Bushrangers in front of a capacity crowd of over 20,000 people at the WACA.  He has also broadcast AFL football for 6 years for the NIRS network that broadcasts to over 30 radio stations across Australia.

Ryan Turnbull is a former Australian rules footballer who represented the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League.
Ryan was a member of the Eagles' 1994 premiership side, and was the club's first-choice ruckman for much of the 1990s. He also played with the Claremont and East Perth Football Clubs in the West Australian Football League, and was awarded the Sandover Medal in 2001 as the best player in the competition, as well as winning the Simpson Medal in 2001 and 2002 as the best player in the league's grand final.

In interstate football, Ryan represented Western Australia in five State of Origin matches between 1992 and 1999, later captaining a Western Australian representative side in 2003.
